Now Showing In The App Store: Special Effects Studio App Cinefy

Cinefy, one of the finalists in this year's CES Mobile App Showdown, has just been released in the App Store.
Cinefy, as its subtitle suggests, is a pocket-sized "special FX studio."
The app allows you to enhance your videos with photorealistic, Hollywood-style special effects. Using the app's simple interface, you can also add sounds and animations to your clips.
All that and more you can do with Cinefy regardless, apparently, of whether you have any editing skills or not.

Ideal for videos that run for under a minute and a half, Cinefy lets you export your creations to Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, and other sharing channels. Naturally, you can also save them to your device's camera roll.
Designed for iPhone (not yet optimized for iPhone 5, though), Cinefy is available now in the App Store for $0.99. As a special launch promo, all special effects are currently available for free in the app.
The special effects in Cinefy, which number more than 100, are grouped into effect packs. Downloadable right within the app, these effect packs include dinosaurs, aliens, and, of course, explosions. So now you can be the next Steven Spielberg or Michael Bay even if you don't have a multi-million dollar budget!
