Logically introduced alongside the iRig MIDI, SampleTank gives your MIDI controller, such as drum pads or a keyboard, the power to be a grand piano, organ, flute, saxophone, bongos, or even create vocals and DJ beats with synthesizing capabilities. SampleTank includes 16 different instrument categories and hundreds of different mixes.
Play each instrument using your physical MIDI controller, the iRig KEYS, the built-in soft keyboard, or digital pads. The integrated keyboard can be played in a dual row configuration for access to more keys simultaneously or in the single row Edit mode. In this customization mode, no matter which instrument, you can modify general parameters: volume, attack, resonance, cutoff, release, and more. Both configurations also offer a keyboard row lock and optional mix selection keys. When enabled, they appear on the left in a red tint.
In addition, SampleTank features a metronome for recording with BPM adjustment, 4-track recorder with export, playback and record controls in every mode, and built-in keyboard preferences like key size and scale.
