November Software: Zynga Takes Control Of Yet Another Game Developer

November 9, 2012
Zynga has announced yet another acquisition. The game developer has purchased November Software to help them expand into the “mid-core” game market, according to AllThingsD. According to Szymon Swistun, former co-founder of November Software:
We realized we could accelerate game development by combining our team’s expertise building blockbuster console games and Zynga’s strength in building social games on a massive scale.
November Software’s credits include the online game, Golden Arrow. In September, Zynga announced the purchase of A Bit Lucky whose Facebook games include Lucky Space and Lucky Train. Earlier this year, Zynga paid $200 million for Draw Something maker OMGPOP. Details of Zynga's latest acquisition were not announced. Source: AllThingsD
