Recommend It by Referly Inc. (Free, 4.6 MB): Recommend It allows you to snap photos of interesting products, tag them, and then share them with friends. All the products you find are automatically added to your account.

Duolingo – Learn Spanish, French, and German for free by Duolingo (Free, 11.1 MB): Duolingo helps you learn a langague for free in a unique way. There are multiple activities that you must complete in the app. The app allows you to translate text on the Web into the languages you learn. There are no ads or hidden charges either. Duolingo currently offers courses in Spanish, German, Portuguese, and English.

Stream for App.net by Handcrafted Co. ($3.99, 5.9 MB): Stream is a client for App.net. The app allows you to add multiple App.net accounts and send your App.net posts to Twitter. The app also supports Instapaper. You can search for users, view profiles, and more.

Vycloud by Enclave Studios, LLC ($1.99, 16.9 MB): Vycloud is a unique and modern weather app for the iPhone. The app features slide panels that allow you to reveal more weather details. You can view bar graphs that illustrate the humidity, cloud cover, chance of rain, and pressure in your city. The app offers a seven day forecast with a color-graded temperature bar graph to see how the temperature is trending.

iPad:

Notes by iBear by iBear LLC ($0.99, 82.5 MB): Notes by iBear allows you to create sketches and handwritten notes on your iPad. The app features wrist protection so no unnecessary marks are created on screen. The app features multiple paper designs, writing tools, and highlighters.
