And the fifth annual New Year's App Blowout is just about to commence. The fifth annual New Year's App Blowout celebrates the end of 2012 (which, by all accounts, has been a great year for iOS apps) and the start of 2013 (which, by all prognostications, is going to be a great year for iOS apps as well). During the sale, a number of developers are making their apps and games available at discounted prices or at no cost at all.
