Refined Effects, New Frames And More Make It To Photo Editor By Aviary

Photo Editor by Aviary has just received its holiday update. Oddly, though, it doesn't deliver any holiday-themed goodies.
What makes it a holiday update, then? Well, it's the simple fact that the update is being offered by the Aviary team as a holiday treat.
"Happy Holidays!" says the Aviary team. "Our gift to you is a brand new and improved Aviary experience."
Part of this refreshed Aviary experience is an updated effects tool.
In the latest version of Photo Editor by Aviary, all effects are now just one tap away. In addition, the default effects are said to have been enhanced with more subtlety and effectivity.
And if you're looking for Aviary's classic effects, just tap "Get more" inside the effects tool to install them for free.
While there, you may notice the new Tidal effects pack. Available via a $0.99 in-app purchase, Tidal contains six washed-out effects.
Also a newly added pack in Photo Editor by Aviary is the Space sticker pack. Accessible for free via the "Get more" button inside the stickers tool, Space contains images of celestial bodies, which you can apply to your photos to make them more out of this world.
But that's not all. The latest update to the app also introduces a brand new frames tool, which offers a variety of frames all for free.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, Photo Editor by Aviary is available in the App Store for free.
Photo Editor by Aviary, by the way, runs on the same software that powers the recently added photo editing features of Twitter and Flickr for iOS. So, you can be sure that the app is an excellent one. And that level of quality, my friends, is itself already a nice holiday gift, don't you think?
