Hurry Up Because You Have An Ark To Catch In This New Endless ... Rafter?

January 3, 2013
Endless runners in the App Store? Check. Endless swimmer? Check. Endless skier? Check. Endless free-faller? Check. Endless rafter? Hmmm … Well, prior to today, I don't think there ever was an endless rafter in the App Store. But now, there's already one in the form of Chillingo's Catch the Ark. Catch the Ark stars three adorable characters named Titan, Boon, and Zuzu. You see, Titan, Boon, and Zuzu are all of indeterminate species. And unbeknownst to many, Noah – he who of the Genesis flood narrative fame — is prejudiced against creatures of indeterminate species. It also doesn't help that the poor fellows don't come in pairs. Consequently, they are left out of the great ark that is their only means of salvation during the great flood. But all hope is not lost, apparently, since you — yes, you! — can help the trio catch the ark. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. And you can do so by steering their trusty raft down dangerous waters. How dangerous? Well, apart from being fast-flowing and turbulent, the waters are also infested with ravenous crocs and fishes. Oh, and Noah himself (that cunning old man) have also prepared some literally explosive surprises for the trio. Fortunately, you can also help them collect coins to spend in the in-game store on power-ups. These power-ups include the joyride-giving Pterodactyl and new boats such as the Hovercraft and the Rubber Ducky. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, Catch the Ark is available now in the App Store for $0.99. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
