The App Store takes delivery of hundreds of new apps per day. The overwhelming scene makes it possible to easily overlook an exciting game, valuable productivity suite, etc. However, we have a solution. Today’s Best Apps tackles this problem by providing you with a handpicked and tested list of apps that are truly worth your consideration each and everyday.

Unfortunately, today’s list is very short due to App Store problems.

iPhone:

Strum One by pentacom (Free, 9.8 MB): It’s difficult to simulate a stringed instrument with a smartphone or any touchscreen device, although, this virtual ukulele app does quite well. You’ll wrap one hand, that is, your fingers, around most of the iPhone or iPod touch to utilize the six chord buttons spread across most of the screen and use the thumb of your other hand to strum the four pads lined up along the bottom of the screen.
