Google has updated the company’s YouTube Capture app for iPhone. The free app now includes the ability to upload 1080p video, plus other new features.

Launched in December, YouTube Capture includes Google’s signature minimalistic design. It allows users to record videos up to 100 seconds in length and share them via YouTube, Google+, Facebook, and Twitter simultaneously.

Each video, which is linked automatically to the iPhone’s camera roll, may be enhanced using color correction and stabilization. Plus, it is possible to trim and add a YouTube soundtrack to each video.

The app also includes three security settings: Public, Unlisted, and Private.

YouTube Capture 1.1 includes:

  • 1080p uploads!
  • Improved audio sync
  • More detailed upload feedback
  • Share to networks after uploading
  • Bug fixes & stability improvements

YouTube Capture is available now in the App Store.
