Experience The Magic Of Oz The Great And Powerful With This Second-Screen App

Today marks the release Disney's "Oz the Great and Powerful" in theaters around the world. I've actually just seen it, and I think it's quite good, if not exactly great. In any case, whether you've already seen it too or are still looking forward to seeing it, I recommend checking out the movie's official second-screen app on iOS. The app is called The Magic of Oz the Great and Powerful: Second Screen. It presents rich content related to the film, ranging from trailers to wallpapers and from an interactive map of Oz to a "mind-reading" card trick. More content is set to come to the app, according to Disney:
... coming soon, you’ll be able to travel even deeper into Oz. You'll discover exclusive information that will give you unique insight into this amazing journey, tackle ingenious and confounding challenges… and be mystified by even more astounding feats from the world of the Wizard. You never know when your road through these magical lands will further evolve, so don't forget to make your journey back to The magic of Oz the Great and Powerful soon.

Of course, you can't talk about Oz the Great and Powerful's presence on iOS without mentioning Temple Run: Oz. Released just a few days ago, Temple Run: Oz is something of an "Oz"-themed edition of Temple Run 2. I've been playing it a lot since its release, and I really think it's the best Temple Run game yet. Another "Oz"-themed title in the App Store is Hidden Objects: Blackwood and Bell. This hidden object game was updated just yesterday with an Oz the Great and Powerful gem chapter that's available for a limited time only. Although not an official app from Disney, the newly released The Wonderful Wizard of Oz for iPad comes highly recommended for its fresh take on the classic novel that inspired "Oz the Great and Powerful."
