Cydia Tweak: LockscreenToggles Adds Quick Access To Useful iOS Features

April 28, 2013
LockscreenToggles is a new Cydia tweak created by Samball that will add some useful shortcuts to a second page on the lock screen. This will allow you to quickly enable or disable settings such as Wi-Fi, Do Not Disturb, Personal Hotspot, Airplane Mode, Orientation Lock, Bluetooth, and more. Once you’ve installed LockscreenToggles, you’ll find the available toggles by swiping left on the clock or top bar. The toggles will be in a row across the bar at the top of the screen. With a downward swipe from this bar, you’ll be able to arrange the current toggles and move new ones into the five available slots. As you can see in the video above, this tweak adds some very useful options to the lock screen. If you'd like to add different toggles or arrange the existing ones, after swiping down on the toggle bar, tap on hold on the small bars to the left of each toggle and drag them up or down. Only the first five toggles in the list will be shown on the top bar. There is nothing to configure in the Settings app for this tweak. The developer also notes that LockscreenToggles is compatible with “Lockinfo, SubtleLock, and more.” Currently, LockscreenToggles is available in the BigBoss repository for $0.99 and is compatible with iOS 6 or higher.
