It wouldn’t be a proper Thursday without at least one new runner in the App Store, and this week’s must have game is from none other than Chillingo.
Dream Chaser is a story-driven runner that asks players to help save the realm of the gods.
As the story goes, the realm of the gods has been thrown into disarray, and it is up to you to help the young hero Nito sprint through levels collecting dream orbs. It wouldn't be a runner without a slew of obstacles, so expect to leap over pitfalls and avoid dangers.
This is a tilt motion based game and Nito is controlled by tilting your device back and forth. You’ll also need to tap to jump by tapping on the screen. Tilt motion runners can be hit or miss, but Dream Chaser’s controls work well.
Dream Chaser is quick paced, challenging, and provides plenty of variation in the form of power ups and speed boosts. The game also features some impressive graphics, so if you’re a fan of runners, you won’t want to pass it up.
There are more than 26 missions along with an Endless Mode and Game Center achievements to earn for plenty of gameplay.
