Now You Can Share Your Own Recipes With Other Foodies With Foodily Originals

April 21, 2013
Foodily, the popular app for recipe sharing with foodie friends, has just received a significant and "original" update. The update brings what the team behind the official iOS app of the eponymous online recipe repository calls Foodily Originals. Simply put, Foodily Originals is a new feature that lets you publish and share your original recipes right from the Foodily app. Just tap the plus button at the top right corner of the screen and select "Add recipe" to access Foodily's easy-to-use recipe builder. The recipe builder allows you to add photos for every step of your recipe's preparation. What's more, it comes with voice entry and auto-complete support for adding ingredients. Your recipes are posted on Foodily, of course, and you can view and manage them from your profile. You can also easily share them via Twitter, Facebook, and email. After all, Foodily is all about recipe sharing with friends. Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later, the newly updated Foodily is available now in the App Store for free. In addition to Foodily Originals, Foodily offers advanced recipe search, recipe collections, and a people discovery feature that lets you follow celebrity chefs, cookbook authors, and bloggers.
