The Updated Apple Store App Features Shipment And Delivery Notifications

The Apple Store app has just been updated to add two nice new features.
First up, version 2.6 of the app adds order shipment and delivery notifications. Buyers will be able to see when their order has shipped and when it is delivered to their door.
And in the United States, the app can notify a buyer exactly when they are eligible for upgrade pricing on a new iPhone. That sounds like a really nice feature, even though I’m still more than a year from using it. Thanks Verizon.
The Apple Store app is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch but is compatible with the iPad/iPad mini. It can be downloaded in the App Store now for free.
In its last update in March, the app added the ability to choose different shipping options for different items in an order.
