The app takes you through a seven-week training program that will increase in intensity as you progress. Your own personal trainer will guide you through each step of the 30 minute interval training process, letting you know when to warm up, jog, and run through audio cues. At the end of each exercise, you'll receive a breakdown of what you have accomplished and be rewarded for it. The app also includes daily motivational tips, the ability to track your indoor runs, and Runkeeper, Fitbit, and MapMyRun integration.

You're able to choose from more than 25 different skins by swiping left and right. Each skin has its own unique font and description, but you can change the message by double-tapping it. You can share your food, or at least photos of it, via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, MMS, or email.

Take turns with your friends acting out and guessing words. You're able to choose from a list of words with varying difficulties or, if they are all too much to handle, blow them up and get new ones. You have up to 60 seconds to get your point across without saying the word and then send it off to your friend to guess. The game also includes the option to create your own words, hints, and achievements.
