Fast & Furious 6: The Game Drifts And Drags Onto iOS As New App Store Editors' Choice

"Fast & Furious 6," the latest installment in the wildly popular "The Fast and the Furious" action film series, is scheduled to hit theaters a week from now. Step into the world of Fast & Furious 6. Earn cash and the respect of the “Fastest” drivers as you drift and drag through the London street scene. Join the Fast & Furious crew as they prepare to take on a series of jobs in an all new heist mode. As part of the fast and furious crew headed by Vin Diesel, you must race for supremacy by collecting, customizing, and upgrading a variety of vehicles. Mind you, these vehicles are of the high-end sorts licensed by the game's developer, Kabam, which also developed The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle Earth for iOS. (The official iOS game of the previous movie, Fast Five The Movie: The Official Game, was published by Gameloft.) Fast & Furious 6: The Game is available now in the App Store, and is currently featured as an Editors' Choice at that. Like Kabam's other games for iOS, including Kingdoms of Camelot: Battle for the North and Arcane Empires, Fast & Furious: The Game is a freemium title. Note that, although the game's system requirements indicate that it's compatible with iDevices running iOS 4.3 or later, Fast & Furious 6: The Game is not supported on iPhone 3GS, first-generation iPad, and fourth-generation iPod touch.
