ConnectNow Adds A Social Component To The Boring Business Card Swap
An interesting new iPhone app, ConnectNow, has recently landed in the App Store. The app is designed to bring a user’s social media profiles together with conventional contact information like phone numbers and email addresses. Described as a digital and social business card service, getting started with ConnectNow is easy. Users can either connect directly through Facebook or create their own profile manually. After that, users can see which of their Facebook friends are also on ConnectNow or find more contacts with a filtered search by name, company, or email address. Once a connection is added, users can view all of their social networking activity through Facebook and Twitter, or even send an email directly through the app. Users can also check out the locate tab to see where contacts are in real-time using GPS coordinates. Obviously, that feature must be enabled to use. ConnectNow is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch. It can be downloaded now in the App Store for free.
