Totally Rad! GoPro App 2.0 Lets You View And Share Your GoPro Photos And Videos

July 31, 2013
Thanks to its new 2.0 update, GoPro App now lets you do more than control your GoPro camera remotely using your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. GoPro App 2.0, which arrives over seven months after the app's previous update, essentially adds support for viewing and sharing the photos and videos you've taken with your GoPro camera. As a result, now you can see your photos and play your videos in the app. What's more, you can copy photos and videos onto your device and share them via email, iMessage, Instagram, Facebook, and other sharing apps. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. Of course, GoPro App still offers full remote control of all GoPro camera functions and live preview for easy shot-framing. It also gives you access to the really rad Photo of the Day and Video of the Day channels from the GoPro Network. Optimized for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later, GoPro App 2.0 is available now in the App Store for free. The app is compatible with all GoPro HERO3 cameras and HD HERO 2 cameras + Wi-Fi BacPac.
