Grab your pixelated masonry tools, because Minecraft – Pocket Edition has just been updated to version 0.7.3, adding the sun, the moon, stars, and more to the popular $6.99 iOS application.
As a reminder, Mojang’s application is the only official Minecraft app for iOS (though plenty of scammer-developers have tried to convince iDevice owners otherwise). In the application, users can enjoy playing through Minecraft either single-handedly or online with friends, and have the chance of building up and developing a pixelated world while on the go.
Now, users of Minecraft – Pocket Edition can enjoy a handful of additional features, all of which have been added in version 0.7.3 of the application:
- Added sun, moon and stars
- Double chest
- Quartz slabs
- Cooler title screen
In addition, a number of realms have been improved, while the usual bug fixes have also been made in the app.
Minecraft – Pocket Edition can be downloaded in the App Store for $6.99, and is optimized for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
