You'll then be provided with a target weight, your BMI, total calories allowed per day in order to achieve your target weight, and total body fat. Each day you'll be required to enter your current weight, and you can attach notes to help keep track of what's working and what isn't. Your progress can be tracked via a detailed full screen graph. The app also includes multiple units of measurement, multiple user support, passcode protection, integration with popular digital scales, and the ability to show your remaining weight as a badge on the icon.
