MagicalPad For iPad Updated With iCloud Support Ahead Of iPhone Version's Launch

September 30, 2013
The "magical" notebook app MagicalPad is set to make the jump from iPad to iPhone and iPod touch with the upcoming release of a separate edition of the app optimized for the smaller iDevices. And in preparation for the launch of MagicalPad for iPhone and iPod touch, the original app has been renamed MagicalPad HD. More importantly, it has been updated with support for iCloud. With iCloud support, you're able to sync your MagicalPad content across your iDevices. It's now integrated into MagicalPad HD, and it's certain to ship with the soon to be released MagicalPad app for iPhone and iPod touch. MagicalPad's iCloud integration lets you share full notebooks across devices. It lets you copy a notebook to and from the cloud. Cloud notebooks are indicated with cloud icons. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. The newly updated MagicalPad HD also includes the following improvements:
  • Notebook change notification flag
  • Duplicate full notebooks
  • Semi-transparent notebook title bar to see more of your notebook art
  • Some bug fixes
Compatible with iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, and already enhanced with iOS 7 support, MagicalPad HD is available in the App Store for only $0.99, way down from its previous price of $29.99. Note that this markdown is offered for two days only, so better download the app while it costs just a dollar. MagicalPad is said to be already in review with Apple, so its launch is just around the corner. In the meantime, you can take a peek at the upcoming app by watching the preview video above.
