Video Cooking Magazine App Panna Cooks Mouthwatering UI Update For iOS 7

September 16, 2013
Panna has a rather mouthwatering treat, and it comes in the form of the app's new iOS 7-style user interface. Through its latest update, the highly rated video cooking magazine app for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad have been redesigned to match the look and feel of iOS 7. Panna's redesigned user interface features translucency, notably in its top title bar and revamped bottom toolbar. The latter has also been significantly revamped with buttons done in the no-frills style of the latest version of Apple's mobile operating system. This style extends to the app's simple navigation buttons. It should be noted, though, that Panna's iOS 7-inspired design is not "inspired" enough to support edge swipes for navigating to previous screens in the app. Also including some bug fixes and performance improvements, the new iOS 7-ready version of Panna is available now in the App Store for free. Panna offers six bimonthly issues per year. Each issue of Panna gives you free access to one recipe, whether or not you opt to buy the full issue. A full issue costs $4.99. But a one-year subscription is offered in-app at a 50 percent discount for $14.99. Panna is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.1 or later. Released for iPad last year, Panna was named as one of AppAdvice’s Top 10 Best Free iPad Apps of 2012. It was made universal with iPhone and iPod touch compatibility last February.
