Fitness At Your Fingertips: Get Personal Training Right From Your iDevice With Cody 2.0

October 25, 2013
The highly rated community-driven fitness app Cody has just been updated to version 2.0 with a new design and a new major feature. The app's new design is, of course, based on the clean and simple look and feel of iOS 7. But while it's a welcome improvement, this interface revamp is not the main highlight of Cody 2.0. Rather, the reason you should download or update to the latest version of Cody is the app's new Training feature. The new Training feature lets you get personal training right from Cody. Accessible through the middle tab in the app's main menu, it lets you browse training plans and subscribe to the ones you like either for free or through in-app purchases. After subscribing to a plan, you can tap on a workout to access video, photo and text instructions from your coach. When you complete a workout, tap the Log It button to log the workout directly to your Cody timeline. You can also check out timelines to see others who are working on the same plan. Cody 2.0 is available now in the App Store for free. It's optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later.
