The eBay App Updated With In-Store Pickup Option And Pinterest Sharing

The official iPhone app for eBay has just added a number of new features with an update to version 3.2 First up, buyers in the United States and United Kingdom can take advantage of the “Free In-Store Pickup” and “Click and Collect” options to purchase items from local particpating retailers and then pick them up at a convenient time at the store. With the new Pinterest sharing option, users can also share auction items to their Pinterest boards. Other additions to the app include the option to share items via AirDrop in iOS 7 and the ability to swipe though images while on an item’s screen. A personalized feed is also now accessible through the homescreen. Made for the iPhone/iPod touch, eBay can be downloaded now in the App Store for free. The separate iPad app has also been recently updated to receive a new tailored homescreen, improved startup speed and searching, and a number of other fixes. That version of the app is also free and can be downloaded now from the App Store.
