Personal Assistant App Donna Goes 2.0 With Location And ETA Sharing Plus More
Donna, the personal assistant app designed to help you manage your day more easily, has just been redesigned for iOS 7. At the same time, it has been updated with a few notable enhancements. Through its 2.0 update, Donna has been given the iOS 7 design treatment. As a result, it now dons, so to speak, a cleaner, simpler, and, of course, flatter interface. The new interface boasts easier access to preferences and a revamped home screen that displays seven days' worth of events. With regard to its enhanced functionality, Donna now automatically detects when you are en route to a meeting and lets you notify attendees when you are running late. It also lets you share your location and estimated time of arrival with all meeting attendees. In turn, it lets you know when other attendees may be expected to arrive. Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later, Donna 2.0 is available now in the App Store for free. The newly updated app also features improved background fetching for keeping your location and calendar always up-to-date. The app's previous major updates featured better battery life, Uber integration, public transit times, advance notice improvements, favorites, and other enhancements.
