Jewel Galaxy Offers A Sparkling Zero-Gravity Match-3 Gaming Experience

December 21, 2013
It's a notion commonly held that there's practically no gravity in outer space. Well, the same goes in Jewel Galaxy, a new match-three game set in outer space. "As a Space Miner, you have to gather all the jewels in the universe," notes Jewel Galaxy's App Store description. "Rubis, sapphires, emeralds, topazes, match three similar ones or more to make combos and collect gems. While digging planets, you will be able to travel in space and discover wonderful constellations." In Jewel Galaxy, you advance from one star to the next and across constellations by matching sparkling jewels from level to level. In each level, there's no gravity to affect the placements of the jewels. Rather, they appear in random places of their own accord every time you make a move. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. You can make a move by moving a jewel every which way — vertically, horizontally, or even diagonally. You can also swap a jewel for another placed any number of spots away. However you make your move, your goal is to match three or more similar jewels. Along your journey through Jewel Galaxy, you can unlock boosters to help you fulfill the different objectives and beat the game's varied gameplay challenges. And as in Candy Crush Saga, which is undoubtedly the most popular match-three game today, you can connect to Facebook and ask your friends for help in order to play more in Jewel Galaxy. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, Jewel Galaxy is available now in the App Store for free. Jewel Galaxy is developed by Gamepocket and published by Bulkypix.
