Straight Talk And Net10 To Begin Carrying Apple's New iPhones Dec. 13

Straight Talk and Net10 Wireless will begin offering the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c on Friday, Dec. 13. This news comes after it appears that iPhone 5s supplies have finally caught up with demand. Available exclusively at Walmart, Straight Talk and Net10 Wireless offer no-contract 30-day plans with unlimited talk, text, and data. They are both subsidiaries of TracFone. Handset prices are as follows:
  • iPhone 5s available in-store and online in Space Gray, Silver and Gold in 16GB: $649
  • iPhone 5c available online only in White, Blue, Green, Pink and Yellow in 16GB: $549
  • In addition, iPhone 4s available in-store and online in Black and White in 8GB: $449
  • Qualified customers can finance the phones with a Walmart Credit Card, issued by GE Capital Retail Bank through Dec. 31.
Straight Talk Wireless no-contract plans include:
  • $45 – No-Contract 30-Day Plan with Unlimited Nationwide Talk, Text, and Data.
  • $60 – No-Contract 30-Day Plan with Unlimited Nationwide Talk, Text, and Data PLUS Unlimited International** Calling to more than 1,000 destinations in Mexico, Canada, India, and in other countries.
Finally, Net10 Wireless no-contract Friends and Family plans are as follows:
  • Friends and Family 30-Day Plans starting at $50 for the first line and $40 for each additional line – No-Contract 30-Day Plans with Unlimited* Nationwide Talk, Text, and Data for each line without sharing.
  • $65 – No-Contract 30-Day Plan with Unlimited* Nationwide Talk, Text, and Data PLUS Unlimited International Calling to more than 1,000 destinations in Mexico, Canada, India, and in other countries.
The 30-day unlimited plans are capped at 2.5GB of high speed data per 30 day cycle. After 2.5GB, your data speed will be reduced for the remainder of the 30 day cycle. Straight Talk and Net10 offer data plans through various carriers including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless. The choice of carrier is determined by your location.
