Subway Surfers Goes To The Indian City Of Mumbai For Its World Tour Anniversary

January 3, 2014
Time flies when you're having fun — especially when you're having fun while playing Subway Surfers. In January 2013, Subway Surfers kicked off its virtual tour around the world. And now, one year later, the game has arrived at its 12th world tour stop. After dodging and surfing trains in New York, Rio de Janeiro, Rome, Sydney, Tokyo, Miami, Paris, Beijing, Moscow, New Orleans, and London, Subway Surfers has come to the Indian city of Mumbai, letting you:
  • Run through the colorful streets of Mumbai
  • Add the athletic champion, Jay, to your collection of limited characters
  • Check out the flashy new outfits for Tasha and Frank
  • Watch a Daily Video to get 2 keys every day
As always, a new world tour stop means a new item to search for in exchange for special prizes in the Subway Surfers weekly hunt. This time, you have to look for lotus flowers as you run through the streets of Mumbai. The new version of Subway Surfers is available now in the App Store for free. The game is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later. Subway Surfers is listed as an "essential app" in AppAdvice's Endless Running Games AppGuide, along with Temple Run 2, which is the sequel to the granddaddy of iOS endless runners, Temple Run.
