With the onset of the new year comes a new version of GymPact, which is aimed at helping you commit to a new you by making a pact and getting paid for fulfilling it.
The new version of the app, GymPact 3.0, actually constitutes a rebranding, and with good reason.
GymPact is now simply called Pact. You see, the app no longer deals with gym pacts only to help you stay in shape. Rather, it now also includes two new types of pacts: veggie pacts and food log pacts to help you eat more veggies and log your meals, respectively.
A veggie pact requires you to make a pact for how many fruits or vegetables you will eat each week and to submit photo proof to be verified by the Pact community. As for a food log pact, it has you logging your meals with Pact partner MyFitnessPal.

And as always with the app, you get rewarded with cash paid for by underperforming members every time you fulfill a pact.
Pact is introduced alongside a new iOS 7-optimized interface, which includes a new Community feed that lets you see how others are faring with their pacts.
Pact, formerly GymPact, is available in the App Store for free. It’s optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later.
