Clash Of Clans Creator Supercell To Release Boom Beach Later This Week

Clash of Clans creator Supercell is set to make another big splash in the free-to-play gaming space with the release of its latest game, Boom Beach, in the App Store later this week. Soft-launched in the Canadian App Store last November, Boom Beach is, like Clash of Clans, a combat strategy game. But unlike Supercell's biggest hit so far, the new game has players attacking island bases to wage war against the evil Blackguard.

Boom Beach challenges you to:

Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 7.0 or later, Boom Beach will be officially available in the App Store for free beginning on Thursday, March 27. Boom Beach is the third iOS game to be released by Supercell, following Clash of Clans and the also popular farming game Hay Day.
