You'll first need to choose from the 82 included national flags. You're then able to import a headshot from your library or snap a new one in-app. You'll get the best results by choosing or taking a clear photo with a contrasting background. Your face will automatically be painted with the colors of your country, and you can edit and customize the effect to perfect it. Photos can be captioned, framed, and shared via Facebook, Twitter, or email. Flag Face is available for free for a limited time. It has a 3.5-star rating with a total of 231 ratings.

Spendbook - Personal Finance Tracker ($1.99 → Free, 4.1 MB): Keep track of the money coming into and going out of your accounts with this slick finance app.

To create a transaction, simply pull down on the screen and choose income or expense. You’re then able to add a value, categorize your transaction, and attach a note and photo. Your account balance will be updated immediately, and if you swipe up on the main screen you’re able to view transaction history. You’re also able to create and manage multiple accounts, view your transactions in calendar form, view informative charts, and create custom categories and subcategories. iClassicalScores ($1.99 → Free, 68.4 MB): The perfect companion for any musician.

It allows you to create your own library of scores by searching the international music library project, by importing them from Dropbox or email, or by creating your own using your iDevice’s camera. Your library can be sorted by composer, work name, or alphabetically, or you can put them into folders. When viewing a score, you’re able to utilize a built-in metronome, keyboard, music player, and recorder. Sticker Play: Knights, Dragons and Castles - Premium ($2.99 → Free, 97.1 MB): An interactive sticker board that allows your child to create their own epic battlefields.

They’re able to choose from five different scenes. They can then drag and drop 115 different stickers, like knights, dragons, and artillery, into the scene. Stickers can be resized, flipped, and rotated via common gestures. Your child can also tap on the stickers to animate them and hear the sounds they make. Grab on to the black dot and don’t let go. Your job is to pull a section of string around the screen in order to loop around or connect other dots. You must avoid red dots and walls at all costs, otherwise you will have to start all over. The game includes 60 serene levels to work your way through. twined is available for free for a limited time. It has a 3-star rating with a total of 10 ratings.
