Photofy photo-editing app updated with new collage-making feature and more

July 14, 2014

The popular self-expression photo-editing app Photofy has just gained a major new feature through its latest update.

Launched in September last year, Photofy lets you enhance your photos with pre-designed quotes, phrases, and expressions. And since its iPad-optimizing 2.0 update last February, the universal app has also offered stickers, backgrounds, fonts, and free-form text-editing tools.

Now, thanks to its latest update, Photofy now also lets you edit your photos to create collages, thereby functioning as an alternative to the likes of PicFrame and Diptic.

The new version of Photofy introduces a revamped home screen that lets you choose between editing a single photo and working with multiple photos. Obviously, you go with the latter option to create collages.

Photofy's new collage-making feature offers 23 different layouts, supporting photos ranging in number from two to 12. Of course, Photofy also lets you apply effects, designs, stickers, text, and frames to your collages.

The latest update to Photofy also brings 10 new free fonts, a better sharing interface, and various bug fixes and improvements.

Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later, Photofy is available on the App Store for free.
