Estately goes 2.0 with new Flip interface that's like 'Tinder for real estate'
The official iOS app of the real estate startup Estately has just flipped its way to version 2.0.
Estately 2.0 is officially called Estately Flip, in keeping with its new interface that lets you flip representations of homes for sale in order to rate them. If a home doesn’t pique your interest, just flip it to the trash. But if a home catches your fancy, flip it the other way to “heart” it and save it for further consideration.
Similar to Doorsteps Swipe, Estately Flip is like “Tinder for real estate.”
“The Flip interface isn’t new,” Estately admits. “However, it is perfectly suited to home buying because it mirrors how people search for homes. With Flip, home buyers rate every house by tossing bad matches into the trash and saving good ones for later.”

In addition to its Tinder-inspired approach to home buying, Estately Flip comes with universal support. As a result, the app, which was originally launched last January for iPhone and iPod touch, is now optimized for iPad and iPad mini as well.
