When measuring your heart rate, just place your index finger over your iDevice’s LED flash and camera. The app will display your current BPM in real-time during the test. When the test is complete, you’ll have the chance to record when you measured your heart rate, how you felt, and attach any other details. Results can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, or email. The app also includes a daily reminder option, and history that can be filtered.

Giflay is all about simplicity. It automatically grabs all of the GIFs from your photo library and presents them in a large scrollable grid. GIFs can be imported from your computer over Wi-Fi as well. You’re able to play GIFs, zoom in, and view them frame-by-frame. Your GIFs can also be gathered into albums and passcode protected. An animated hand will first show your child how it’s done. They must then retrace the steps three separate times before moving on to the next letter or number. Rewards will be received after each successful recreation. The app includes support for multiple users, more than 600 rewards, a left-handed mode, and the ability to print paper worksheets.

Draw in 3D starts off with a brief tutorial in order to make sure you understand how to set depth anchors and view different planes. Then put your finger to the screen and start creating. The app allows you to freely rotate and move the camera using two and three finger gestures. Once you have something you’re proud of, you’re able to share a static image or a link to your creation in full 3-D. The app even supports 3-D printing in case you have access to that sort of thing.
