All Things Digital today announced that Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, will be the opening night speaker at the tenth annual D: All Things Digital conference. This will be Cook’s first appearance at the popular event and first time he will appear at an event not run by Apple or for investors since he became Apple’s chief in August.
