  Jailbreak Only: AutoProtect - Disable Your Passcode When Connected To Home Wireless Network

  Already, we've seen jailbreak tweaks that disable the iPhone's passcode-lock when the handset is connected to a "home" network (see, for example, Filippo Bigarella’s CleverPin). However, a new tweak which offers similar functionality works quite well, and is worth a mention (plus, it's available for free).
