According to The Mercury News, a male employee was found with a “head wound” and a gun nearby. “Sgt. Andrea Urena of the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, which provides police services in Cupertino, described the death of a male employee as an ‘isolated incident’ that poses no broader public danger.” We’ll update this post as more news arrives. On Tuesday, Apple reported the company’s first quarterly drop in revenue in more than a decade. In the second fiscal quarter of 2016, which ended on March 26, Apple recorded $50.6 billion in revenue and $10.5 billion in profit. That’s compared to $58 billion in revenue and a $13.6 billion profit in the same quarter last year.
