Kaseworth covers your iPhone with classic artwork
Kaseworth makes cases for every iPhone from the iPhone 4 to the current models, as well as many other kinds of smartphones. For most models, you can choose between a Slim or Tough case. I received the Tough iPhone 6s case for review, festooned with Van Gogh’s masterpiece Irises. The Tough case has a black rubber interior and a printed plastic exterior. The Slim case is slimmer of course and lacks the black rubber protective layer.
Kaseworth’s cases are printed with art in the following categories: Klimt, Modigliani, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Voynich, Onesies, and Mai 1968.
The facts
What I liked
This is a gorgeous case. The printing is flawless and colorful, and I rather enjoy carrying a post-impressionist masterpiece in my pocket. The Tough case, at least, appears to be very protective. The black rubber lip does come up slightly over the screen, which is helpful in case of face-down drops.
There is a large cut-out for the camera. All of the ports, speakers, and the mute switch have precision cut-outs to allow full functionality. The volume and Sleep/Wake buttons have fully functional button covers.
What I didn't like
Unless you are touching the black rubber part, the case is fairly slippery, as is the nature of hard plastic. Near the bottom of the case, there is an ever so slight separation between the rubber and the plastic. It doesn’t interfere with the case’s protective abilities at all, but I can see it.
There is a slight separation between the hard plastic and the black rubber.
