Long-time UConn Assistant and current Quinnipiac Head Coach Tom Moore teaches a 2-2-1 press that can be used to control tempo or force turnovers. This is one of the finest teaching clinics on the 2-2-1 Press we've ever seen.

Coach Moore emphasizes three points for the on-ball defender - pressure, force and contain the ball. The second line is taught the game of cat and mouse and to trap the ball when it is out of control. Coach Moore also teaches the primary and secondary traps and defending ball reversal by keeping a box alignment. There is a retreat version of the press to slow down a fast breaking team and Coach Moore also shares how to take a great point guard out of the game with the press.

The DVD finishes with six drills to help implement the 2-2-1 press.
