Ace IH

The Ace IH app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Ace Integrative Health. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As an Ace Integrative Health patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Ace Integrative Health provider. Communicate with Ace Integrative Health in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Ace Integrative Health patients and you can't use the app unless you're an Ace Integrative Health patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Ace Integrative Health uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
