Airrand puts you in front of the candidates when they're looking for a freelancer. No need to search for jobs and prove yourself. All you need to do is have an awesome portfolio to show clients and the interviews will start rolling in!

CLIENTS: PUT YOUR MIND AT EASE
We require that our freelancers use a time tracking software to show you where they are in their work and in order to give you proof of the work you're paying for. Once the work is done, the developer sends you proof of hours and you send over the payment!

FREELANCERS: NOT AN EXPERT YET?
If you don't have the experience to perform every job, that's okay! We allow you to reject interviews and move on to something that you have a bit more confidence in!
