When using the workout generator, you can choose from a variety of different workout types to help you get the results you are looking for. Whether you are looking to build muscle, improve fitness, increase strength, improve mobility, or burn calories, we have a workout for you.

Choose Equipment

The app allows you to choose the equipment you would like to use for your workout. Whether you are working out at home, a commercial gym, or traveling, no matter where you are, we can build a workout for you. We also have a dedicated “No Equipment” workout with plenty of different exercises to give you a full body workout even when you don’t have access to any fitness equipment.

Choose What you Want to Work on.

After choosing the type of workout you would like to build, the app will further let you select what you would like to work on during that workout. Whether that be glutes, arms, and chest, or increasing the strength on your deadlift or doing a full body workout. Whatever you want to work on, the app will provide you with an instant, personalized workout.

Fast and Simple to Use

The app is designed to get you from zero to working out as quickly as possible. Everything is laid out in a simple and intuitive way that makes the app easy to use without getting you frustrated and wasting your time.

Large Exercise Library

The app has hundreds of different exercises. Whether you are trying to improve your bench press, train your glutes or get bigger calves, we have plenty of exercises to help you reach your goal while using the equipment that you have.

Create your own workouts

The workout builder is the easiest way to get moving. However, you can also choose to modify the generated workout or build your own workout from scratch. With our easy-to-use layout and vast library of exercises, you can build and modify your own, custom workout.

Choose your Level of Difficulty

When using the Workout Builder, you can choose the level of difficulty for your workout. This will change the exercise selection to ensure that you are not given exercises that are too difficult or too easy for your workout.


You can download the application for free, however further use requires an active subscription.
- When opting into a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple iTunes Account after your trial period of 2 weeks upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes subscription settings after purchase.
- When cancelling a subscription, your subscription status will stay active until the end of the current period..
