Auriga is the first truly secure peer to peer messenger built on serverless technology.

Why Auriga?
All of the modern messengers use their own servers to transmit the messages from one device to another. That means your message leaves the trace on their servers, they can keep your chat history. They know your phone number. They know who are you talking to. Since these messengers need the connection to their servers to work - your private key to decrypt the messages could also be retrieved from your device without your consent. Also, it is possible to simply shut down the whole app by blocking access to these servers.

Auriga utilizes push notifications to deliver peer to peer secure messages. It can even work without internet as long as push notifications are working.

Hundreds of billions of pushes are sent per day in the World. This technology allows leaving no trace of your message and end-to-end encryption guarantees that no one can read your message during the transmission. Chats, group chats, messages, photos exist only on your device and your recipients. No one else knows they even exist.

Important notes:
* This technology is still experimental.
* Push notifications must be enabled for the app to work.
* Since there are no servers to hold your contacts or chat history - everything will be lost if you uninstall and then reinstall the app.
* Photos delivery takes longer time due to encryption and the nature of the technology.
