BitSense - Bitcoin Wallet

Simply tap "Pay", scan an invoice and you will have instantly paid an invoice, it has never been easier, cheaper, quicker or more effortless to send money around the world. Tap "Receive" and input an optional amount to create an invoice and then share. BitSense does not charge for anything and makes no commission on any fees. The fees charged are strictly going to the miners who mine your transaction. BitSense defaults to the cheapest transaction fee or you can input a custom fee. I have made this app with the hopes that it will help more people adopt Bitcoin after they see how easy and enjoyable it is to use.

This app is BIP32, compatible with BIP44 and you can import your existing recovery phrase in cold mode to create a watch only account using only your xpub or keep it hot. If the app is in hot mode (default) then your xprv is encrypted and saved to create a fully functioning HD BIP32/44 wallet. Tap your wallet then tap HD Keys to see the first 20 child keys, tap the + sign to see the next 20.

In cold mode BitSense offers users the ability to sign transactions offline, your private key never has to be stored on the device. Transaction signing can be done offline. In cold mode we never store a private key to the device. In hot mode we encrypt all private keys and spending is as simple as a tap. We NEVER share your private key or upload it anywhere, it is stored locally (encrypted) and never touches the internet even during transactions.

You can set manual mining fees and preferences, spend in multiple currencies and BitSense will remember your preferences making spending really effortless.

This wallet has "segwit mode" and "legacy mode". In segwit mode all keys you produce will create Bech32 addresses. We have not enabled Bech32 transactions yet, it is a work in progress.

This is the only app that gives you the ability to convert dice rolls into a private key, this is the most secure way to create private keys possible and is suitable for storing large amounts of Bitcoin forever.

For transactions you can choose to denominate them in multiple currencies and denominations of Bitcoin/Satoshis. You can set a mining fee manually or by a preference. You can decode and push raw transactions.

The wallet is fully functional with "testnet mode" or "mainnet mode" and provides a lot more flexibility then other wallets and can be very useful for developers to test their own software. Developing this wallet has shown me how few tools are out there to help developers and this wallet is fully open sourced at https://github.com/FontaineDenton/BitKey, open the folder "BitKeys" and find the "ViewController" file to see the code that powers the home page and explore from there. If nothing else I hope it can help others create Bitcoin apps in swift.

We take Bitcoins principles seriously and want you to have control over your private keys, we also want the app to be as simple and intuitive as possible. We require no sign ups or log ins. Everything as far as key creation and signing transactions is concerned happens on your device and does not require wifi.

We use (https://www.blockcypher.com/dev/bitcoin/) for propagating and building transactions, and we use (https://github.com/oleganza/CoreBitcoin) for all key creation code. We use GoMobile in combination with BTCUtils (https://github.com/blockcypher/btcutils/tree/master/signer) for creating a framework for signing transactions locally.
