Bulk Message IN

Bulk Message is a very user friendly and convenient app that will help you send bulk emails or messages at one go.

It basically fetches the details from your contact book and helps you make groups as per your convenience and save them to send emails or messages to the members of that particular group. You can even create events for any groups or individuals for special days and send bulk emails or messages to them informing them of the same… Now, how cool is that!

Given below are the details on how this application works and how you can create groups or events and send out bulk messages or emails to this customized lot.

Create a Group: A Group can be created from any screen except for the events screen. Now all you have to do is select at-least one member from your listing to create a group. Once the group has been created you can view the groups and its members from the ‘Groups’ section.

Create an Event: This is the section where you create events such as reminders for any special occasion or a meeting and assign it to either a group or an individual by using the ‘Mark to’ option, where you will receive a notification of that event and you can then contact all the persons or group members associated with that event by sending a bulk email or message to them.

Send Bulk Email or Messages: You can send bulk mails or messages from any screen except for the events screen. For doing this, you have to select the persons from the list and hit the compose button which will then ask you the option for sending emails or messages. People with multiple email ID or contact number will appear in a filter screen where you can select the appropriate number or mail id of that person and send your message across to the right number.
