[+] Within the Cadence Bank Mobile app, Fluent by Cadence users can take advantage of:

• Mobile Banking: View your account balances, check images, details, history, average monthly balance, and recent deposits, and search for a specific transaction. Make one-time or scheduled transfers of money between your Cadence accounts.
• FlashDeposit: Take a photo of your check to make your deposits securely on-the-go or after banking hours, directly into your eligible Cadence Bank checking or savings account.
• Bill Pay*: Pay your bills on-the-go with Fluent. You can make a one-time payment, schedule a future payment, set up recurring payments, or change or cancel a payment.
• Popmoney®*: Send or request money from friends and family. Popmoney allows you to split a dinner bill with a friend, set up recurring allowance payments to your children, share the cost of a gift for family and more.
• TotalMoney*: With our money management tool you can track your expenses, view all of your financial accounts in one place and monitor budgets based on your actual spending history.
• Connect with Cadence: Locate the branch or ATM closest to you.

[+] Within the Cadence Bank Mobile app, Allegro!® Business Mobile Banking users are able to:

• Access account balances
• Easily deposit checks remotely using your mobile phone’s camera
• Transfer funds between Cadence accounts
• Take advantage of real-time reporting and real-time cash position
• Use our fraud prevention solutions: Positive Pay and ACH Positive Pay on-the-go to help prevent check and electronic fraud, and to reduce financial losses
• Receive SMS alerts to keep you in-the-know

Providing improved user management, the Cadence Bank Mobile app will remember your user ID so you can avoid retyping it each time it loads. Plus, you can reset your password right from the app.

Added Security:

• Keep your business finances protected by utilizing your phone's biometric authentication, your fingerprint or face (on supported devices). Set up Touch ID as you log in for the first time – be sure to check the “Remember” and “Touch ID” boxes. After your successful sign in you will need to approve the terms and conditions.
• For your protection, your account numbers, user ID, password and check images are not stored on your mobile device. Importantly, Fluent and Allegro employ multiple layers of security to protect communications between the mobile device and the bank to ensure the user is enrolled and to ensure that the mobile device is registered for use of this app. Industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used as well as multi-factor authentication and session management.

*Please note that these services require registration online at www.fluentbycadence.com before the service can be used in the Cadence Bank Mobile app.
