This is a Convict Conditioning tracking tool, providing visualized data to support your workout.
This is the iPad version.

Features:
1. Sync with iCloud
2. Dash board view
2.1 An overview of previous training date to give you clue on which type of workout needs to be trained more badly.
2.2 An overview of workout times for each type.
2.3 An overview of current level compared to level 10, in bar chart.
3. Intelligent Workout record adding:
3.1 Previous workout repeats and time is presented in the same view.
3.2 Current training level and current date/time auto set.
4. Table View: show all the training history
4.1 Training level for that workout is highlighted in big circle.
4.2 The circle will have an outer circle if it meets upgrade criteria.
4.3 You can delete any record freely.
5. Chart View (Pro version only): draws historical progress for review of your workout history.
5.1 Progress VS Date view
5.1.1The dot/line is colour coded for different workout types
5.1.2 If the training on that record is ready to upgrade to next level, the dot will be marked with an outer circle.
5.1.3 The algorithm behind also tracks progressive between levels (not just levels in Integer).
5.1.4 Configurable view to select workout type to show, the date range to show.
5.2 Recovery time analysis view:
5.2.1 y position indicates recovery time (rest time from previous workout).
5.2.2 dot size indicates how much progress is made (progress change from previous workout)
5.2.3 by overview of where the larger dot located, you will find the best recovery time to make the best effect. This feature will help you a lot to optimize your workout intervals: it is based on your own historical data.
6. Workout types are in consistent colour theme in all views.
