Chen’s 22 Simplified Tai Chi Forms are a group of Tai Chi movements derived from traditional Chen’s Tai Chi. This series is specially designed for followers of Chen’s Tai Chi. The structure of this series is simple and concise, easy to learn and practice.

Machang (1987-2011), the demonstrator in this APP, was 13th orthodox successor of Chen’s Tai Chi. She was the winner of the Chinese Tai Chi Championship, the cultural ambassador of Tai Chi, and the youngest Tai Chi master invited by the TV show “Tai chi Masters Lecture Hall” held on CCTV by the General Administration of Sport of China. Her works include: 《Chen’s Tai Chi Fundaments 22 Moves》, 《Chen’s Tai Chi 56 Moves (For National Competition Standard Postures) 》, 《Chen’s Tai Chi Traditional 49 Moves》. We invite her as our demonstrator, designate and develop the application according to the characteristics of APP platform. In the application, we offer you a complete teaching process, a good number of pictures and videos, a systematic guidance, and the teaching lessons step by step.
