SOS Cidra is an app designed for the Residents of the Municipality of Cidra in Puerto Rico, and their visitors, that provides direct access to the Municipality call centre by way of opening a geocoded ticket. Users can select the nature of the call, provide incident reports with a photo, and view the location of the municipality dependencies. Announcements such as road blocks, accidents or activities are sent via push notification by the Call Center. Ipad version does not have call feature.
