What is it about?
When OAT is below ISA, the aircraft's true altitude is below the indicated altitude. Very low temperature may create a potential terrain hazard, or be the origin of an altitude or position error. Corrections have to be made to the heights above the airport elevation by either increasing the height of the obstacles or the published altitude/height.

Corrections have to be made to the heights above the airport elevation by either increasing the height of the obstacles or the published altitude/height.
The App helps pilots perform corrections of the published altitudes and constraints using the ICAO Cold Weather Temperature Correction table and equations in accordance with PANS-OPS.
